We would love to have your business help sponsor our Color 5K! Sponsorships are available in 500, 250, 100, or other amounts/in kind. All monetary sponsors will have newspaper and radio coverage, and anyone wishing to display a banner at the 5K may do so! 500/250 may have banners at the kilometers as well.
Run / Walk
You can run, walk, push a stroller, pull a wagon, or bring your (friendly) dog! This is more about getting colorful and having fun than being timed or actually racing!
After the color event, feel free to hang around, listen to music by DJ Majic and check out the vendors and activities in the park!
Volunteer
As with any event, we need volunteers! This will not be strenuous and is usually lots of fun - what we need most are COLOR EXPERTS! Wear a white shirt, we bring the color! :-)

Last day for guaranteed shirt sizes in you packet! You may still register up until the final hour of the race, though!
Friday before C5K:

06:30 Registration and packet pickup begins!

Q: Why would I enter this?
To have fun, enjoy the weather; be healthy, happy, and colorful!
Q: Is the Color 5K timed?
Nope, This is more about getting colorful and having fun than being timed or actually racing!
Q: Do I need to RUN the Color 5K?
Nope! You can run, walk, dash, crawl or roll. (Feel free to make color angels!)
Q: Is there an age limit?
NO! Although for small children, you may wish to bring a stroller. 5k is a ways for little legs!
Q: What do we do when we finish?
Make sure that you stick around for our Color 5K finale!! We will have a Giant Color Explosion that you won’t want to miss. Afterwards, grab something to eat or drink and have fun. Dance offs, costume contests and great memories are sure to take place
Q: What is included in my registration packet?
An extremely white COLOR 5K t-shirt—perfect for the color blasting, One (1) color pouch for the end finale and a goodie-bag filled with fun stuff!
Q: What should I wear?
Well for starters, you can wear the awesome Color 5K T-shirt that we include in your registration. Other than that we would say as much white as you can! Just remember that whatever you wear will be COLORED! Also, be creative!! We will have a costume contest so dress up, dress crazy, and have fun…but most importantly wear that smile of yours!
Q: What is the color?
The Color is basically food grade cornstarch and coloring; 100% natural and safe, non toxic! As with any substance, you will want to keep it out of your eyes and our color throwers will work hard to make sure you get as much or as little color on you as you like. Some opt to wear glasses or goggles for their eyes and use a bandana or dust mask for their mouths.
